They asked me what I planned to use the chainsaw for and immediately had a recommendation and knowledgeably explained why this saw best fit my needs. But, that wasn't all. They started the chainsaw in my presence, went over the major features and assisted me in choosing the other needed accessories. But, that wasn't all. They explained that I can come back if I have any questions, issues or need maintenance. WOW!! “Needed a small lock when my daughter lost the keys for her diary. Walked in five minutes before closing, was directed to the padlocks and rung out with time to spare. The clerk even cut off the old lock free of charge. The prices will never compare to the Big Boxes, of course, but it's great to have a reliable local option in town. A seven year old girl is grateful.”
