Always pleasant and patient (given the circumstances of Covid and a flailing economy), they have always been extremely pleasant to deal with and professional. “I’m writing this review because these folks give spectacular service. It’s like family. I have always been treated with respect and even a little humor. Trust me when I say my PO Box gets a work out from all the stuff I have delivered to me, and the staff are SUPER helpful. Don’t know who the other “T’s in the punch bowl” are complaining, but I’d hazard to guess they bring an attitude with them.

She deserves so much praise - everyone left with a smile when she helped them! Some people are meant to do what they do and she is meant for that job!!”
“I have had a po box here as an adult since 1975. Actually, my family has had one there since I was a child so, even longer. First, a lot has changed since 75. Running post office requires many different rules and regs as well as understanding of digital information, tracking ability of customers, multiple delivery options, huge online purchase and order changes etc. Getting good customer service requires the actual customer to be involved in the process and, that process NOW is more complex than ever. While I do understand the frustration with things not always going smoothly, I also understand that I have to be an informed consumer and HELP as much as I can when something has gone wrong. If you want good customer service, be part of the solution instead of blaming things on people who may not have any control at all of the problem.”
“Main guy is a grumpy gus, all the woman more than approachable, just know he will do his job right and make sure what ever you need is 110% capacity just not done with a smile, I would rather my job get done right the first time”
“I was just at the Gorham ME USPS office and received exceptional service from Dave! He found a box that fit my packages perfectly and it cost less than $20 to ship express. I accidentally hit the red unhappy face for service but was definitely not unhappy. He smiled and was very kind. In a hectic busy Monday morning, he was a welcome respite.”

“This UPS center is tucked inside Steep Falls Hardware near the back of the store. It’s run by the friendly store staff and operates with the same standards and expectations as if you were patronizing a regular UPS shipment facility. Very convenient to the locals as the next closest one is nearer to the Portland, ME area.”
