I’m originally from Farmington and recently moved back after living in Southern Maine I’ve always gone to Prompto, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Ryan was my tech today and he was incredibly kind, professional, and thoughtful. He even asked permission before reaching into my car to help me reset my mileage, something no Prompto in Southern Maine has ever done for me (I usually just have to guess when to come back!).
Everyone I interacted with was so friendly, and the whole experience was quick, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. It reminded me exactly why I’m so happy to be back home in Farmington. Thank you all so much you made my day, and I hope you all have a fantastic one, too!”

“So we all know going to a dealer is gonna cost you more, but Lee Nissan in Auburn told me in order to get my Maine inspection sticker it would cost me $3125 in repairs. I was there for a recall issue and just wanted my sticker. So I went to see Boyd, and his team quoted me $1695 and then they determined I had roughly another year before I needed to replace the brakes Lee said I needed. I got my sticker. Total cost just slightly over $1300. This is the second time Boyd and Atec has saved me money and provided great work. I highly recommend! Boyd told me his wife says he talks a lot, I say talk all you want Boyd especially when your saving me this kind of money!!!! Lol.”

Even though they couldn't do the full alignment, they did what they could with the front since doing the rear would have required heat. If they told me they couldn't do it at all, I would have been understanding for that safety reason alone.”

Thanks for helping get my car back up and running quickly. I would recommend this business and use them again if I lived in the area. The mechanic (Rick) did a great job towing and fixing my car.
