“I went into the Thomaston lowes today looking for info on spring pins for my pool.temp fix ..The guy in my aisle I needed was super busy with a customer that was not getting done any time soon ..Then I see a man come up my aisle and I asked him about pins and my pool problem and he was the nicest guy to deal with talking to etc ..His name was Harry he was a veteran and it was the most pleasant time I ever had there talking to someone..And trust me that store and I have had our share of words ..and more . But I wanna give Harry 5 stars for helping me today.”

We were first greeted by a wonderful lady whose name I unfortunately did not catch. She assisted us with paint selection for a major renovation project where we are redoing all the walls and ceilings in our apartment. What stood out was her deep knowledge—she carefully explained the variety of products available, the best application techniques, and the amount of materials we would need. She didn’t just sell us paint; she took the time to tailor recommendations specific to our goals, suggesting advanced products and more efficient methods to ensure the best results. Her guidance gave us confidence to proceed with the project wisely.
Next, Jacob helped me with flooring needs for three rooms plus a hallway. Like the first associate, Jacob was incredibly patient and thorough. He took time to understand exactly what we wanted and explained the different flooring options available. Not only did he reassure us that the project was doable, but he also provided information about Home Depot’s professional installation services and offered clear, detailed quotes. He was meticulous in ensuring that I had accurate information to make informed decisions.
As an added bonus, Jacob assisted me in reviewing dishwasher options, offering several recommendations based on his personal experience. This level of thoughtful, personalized service is rare and extremely valuable to customers like us.
