“I love customer service at Spectrum. They are sane, human, intelligent, friendly. I'm not being paid to say this...I have Spectrum in one location and Comcast in another. Comcast customer service is a nightmare - I'm forever dealing with people offshore who sometimes don't understand you and other times just don't want to. If I had the option of using Spectrum everywhere I would happily do so.”
