Shepard Storage is a highly recommended, clean and tidy facility. It is climate-controlled, heated, and bright. The space is amazing and easy to visit, with always available carts, brooms, and furniture dollies. The contact person is efficient and responsive. Customers feel really good about using this facility and are happy to be returning, describing the experience as life-changing and amazing.
The Thomaston facility is one of the nicest I've seen. It is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend it if you need a climate-controlled space.

This storage area is amazing! Heated, clean, bright and easy to visit when we need to retrieve items out of our storage unit. Plus Julie, the contact person, is efficient and responds quickly to any issues.
