“My van popped a coolant hose leak a short distance from Randy's shop on a Friday eve after everything was closed, so I pulled in there hoping for a quick assessment soon as they opened. Randy diagnosed and repaired it quickly and efficiently first thing Monday morning, didn't over-charge me, sent me off with extra coolant just in case, and was very gracious about my having camped in his lot over the weekend. “While my mom, my niece, and I were on an extended road trip, multiple warning lights came on my Forester. We stopped at Stanley Subaru, and Riley and the service team diagnosed the issue. Since we were slated to leave Acadia the next day, they ordered the part needed and set us up with a loaner. They called mid morning the next day to let me know that my car was repaired, and they had also completed a multipoint inspection to make sure that my Forester was ready to make our trip back to Tennessee.
