“I've stored with them for the past 3 years and absolutely loved the service and convenience! I will say some of my items get water damaged if I don't properly pack them and sometimes bugs get in but it's only on the tote bags I leave open and on the ground.”

Todd was very helpful with all of our questions and accommodating when it was time to move her out of the dorms and drop her stuff off. This is a great service for out of state students and we will be sure to use TSS for the next 2 summers.”
“We needed the storage space for short term while we moved from one location to another. It was very easy to arrange and very easy to use. One concern I would share with you is that the access road going into your location is so very rough. Everything you’re taking in there gets shaken up. Luckily we did not store any breakable items.”
“Love the location, not too far out of town but far enough where you don't have to worry about city issues?? And the people who own it are On that are on site and such wonderful people to deal with on a monthly basis.. I wouldn't want to rent from anyone else”

“I was a client of this facility for over 12 years with several units. The units were clean and provided with sturdy pallets - not flimsy, broken ones like another local facility I used for a short period while waiting for another of Nichols' units to open. Easy driving in, out and around the facility in any vehicle. Very convenient location. Also, I can not say enough great things about the management - whether I needed more space quickly, help with changing my method of payment, opening a lost key unit or anything. Jamie and his staff were wonderful, I would recommend any of his facilities in the area. He keeps the area clean, lit and even sweeps away the cobwebs several times a year. Never an issue with anything there.”

My unit is always plowed when I need to stop by there in the winter. The property and units are clean. Highly recommend them. The owner is a nice guy too so that is a bonus itself.”
“Despite corporate issues with Uhaul, a company is only as good as their employees, and Emily and Adam of Waterville are exceptional. I had to make several trips to this location for several reasons over the past year. Every time I see these two they are working hard, helping people, remaining polite, all at the same time, no matter when I've come in. When I couldnt find a place that could fit my needs and was coming down to crunch time, they made accommodations. To help me get settled in, they met me onsite based on my arrival. Their prices have been more than fair and they always greet me when they see me onsite. This is the perfect place to store your seasonal toys or equipment. Its been a pleasure.”
