“I order small number of birds for training. Ordinarily I meet Jim on the road, but last night he was running very late. Jim called me a little after nine saying it would be a couple more hours as we was still in CT. So, he came to my house, way out of his way, and in the wee hours while I was asleep, dropped the birds off. Five stars isn’t enough. Jim deserves the whole constellation!”

“Excellent butcher shop! There is always a full selection of prepared cuts of pork and beef, and of frozen specialty items. What sets this shop apart is what is available beyond the standard supermarket. Do you want a whole pig to roast? They have it. They can process a whole or half hog, steer or goat. Cuts can be smoked. There is a wide selection of their own sausage, the house hotdogs are a family favorite, and everything can be vacuum sealed on request. Highly recommend!”
