Doug at Verizon Waterville was absolutely outstanding to work with. I run two businesses and my schedule is very tight. Doug did all of the legwork while I was on the road and made the process of switching phones and adding lines seamless and effortless! Highly recommend.

I was angry at Verizon because I tried the Internet Gateway and returned it because I decided I didn't want it. So I returned it via UPS before 30 days per agreement. Then I received an email stating I owed Verizon $34 for the Gateway. I was very angry about this and impulsively cancelled my service and chose another cell service. So after two weeks trying to get connected to the new service I gave up and called Verizon to reconnect. They sent me a new sim card and I was up and running again. Verizon costs a little bit more but I live in a rural area part time and the service is very good.

While my initial in store dealings were great. The customer service after the sale absolutely sucks. Been 3 months and still not solved.

Bobby was awesome and so wasn’t his side kick:) they did an amazing job trying to accommodate everyone in the store while sitting up my account, both were very personable and gave me the best offers they could :)

Terrible sales and service just all lies was told everything was free no costs for anything FREE FREE FREE . This has to be my worst experience at any cell store ever . If i were to give you any advice run, whenever you hear a person say they work on straight commissions you should be concerned Lydia BOOM ,BOOM,BOOM that's all i heard i guess that was her way of saying i got you GOOD LUCK. Would never ever recommend this place it is terrible buyer beware beware beware !!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the worst extensions of Verizon wireless ever! NO real customer service! They do not give you 30 days when purchasing a phone if you give them your old one. Will not go with this company when contract is up.. been with the company since they had a bag phone. Not impressed with the dishonesty of the company. Buyer beware

I have had two excellent experiences thus far at this store thanks to Bobby Box and crew. The first was a couple of months ago, to get into a new plan, and just a couple of days ago, to replace my wife and I's ageing phones. Each time Bobby has been fantastic. Easy to talk to, honest, just generally pleasant to work with.
The rest of the folks in the building that work there are excellent as well, while my interactions with them were more limited, they still carried the same upbeat, easy to talk to attitude that just made the time spent at the store all the more worth it.
If you're with Verizon or looking to switch to Verizon, want to look at new phones, talk about plans, highly recommend Bobby, highly recommend this store in general.

Lydia and Bobby were so helpful! I originally went to the Verizon store on KMD and I felt very uncomfortable and it felt like the guy was just trying to get money out of me. I’m very happy with the customer service at this location!

After a poor experience with my previous cell phone provider, I was not expecting to leave the Verizon store as happy as I did. Bobby Box greeted me as soon as I walked into the Elm Plaza location in Waterville, Maine. From start to finish, it was clear that he was committed to making sure he gave 100%; and his love for his job showed every step of the way. I am happy to say that I walked out with a new cell phone provider, a plan that works for me and my family, and three brand new devices that we absolutely love. I can't sing Bobby enough praises for his patience and dedication. Every single employee I met was pleasant, friendly, and trustworthy. I feel like I met 4 new friends. Thank you to Doug, Will, Chris, and especially Bobby Box. You have a customer for life.
