“Our refrigerator had died on a Sunday which makes shopping for a new refrigerator very stressful. We had gone to two other stores prior to stopping into Appliance Warehouse, one was locally owned and one was a big box store, unfortunately, the locally owned store didn’t have the “unicorn” fridge we were looking for and the big box store didn’t have anyone available to help us. My husband had heard from a co worker to try Appliance Warehouse. I was skeptical because it seemed like another box store but Tony came right up and listened to what we were looking for, had us look at a few on the floor and when we found what we were looking for but wanted a larger size, he was so helpful in finding it for us. He was able to schedule a speedy delivery so we wouldn’t have to be without a fridge for long. And even better, I found that the store is locally owned. We have found our new appliance store. We are so thankful for Tony for all the help and care he showed us in finding a new fridge.”

“Maine Appliance has become my go-to store for my appliance needs.When the attachment of the spinning arm of my Maytag dishwasher broke, I did a quick Google search, got the PDF schematic for my model, and was confident that I had figured out the part that I needed.A friend had recently worked with Maine Appliance and had a good experience. So I thought: “let me stop by and talk to them.”I went into the store with the broken part and he identified a different, the correct, part that I needed. He explained why he came to that conclusion and I was happy for the expert advice. Apparently my ten minute Google search needed a bit of help from the owner's decades worth of experience.In this era of disposable technology it is wonderful to have a subject matter expert who knows what they are talking about.”

“Had two kind, very professional, and good humored men deliver my appliances up in Berlin NH this morning. I was filled with anxiety due to the tight area my dryer was going into and the fact that the workers werent from my local shop, they just laughed and eased any of my concern in all areas. They got the appliances in place, hooked up, and running for me. They called me to let me know when they'd be here, was on time, and made it a breeze. These men drove up in a snow storm, made it on time, and made a huge impression. All in all? Incredible service, installation, and people.”

“We went to see selections of bath and shower hardware for our bathroom. We needed a custom size shower and wanted something better than Home Cheapo or Lowe's. This was a very nice two floor display of different fixtures from the basic to the sublime. We were able to order what we needed and our plumber picked it up two weeks later. Don't go if you're looking for cheap. It's been over a year and the shower continues to satisfy our needs. Service was excellent.”

“Great location. I use the store mode in the app to find the products I need. It tells me the exact aisle and bay where the product is located, and the exact number of units in stock at the store!!! It is really really helpful. Very clean and organized with lots of nice and helpful employees. everything is put away and organized, no boxes or pallets in places they shouldn't be. I enjoy shopping here, and at all the Home DepotsWhen I called the store to ask about a product question, a really nice man picked up within seconds and went out of their way to check a UPC for me and answer some specific questions. They definitely did not have to give me the time of day the way they did, but it was so helpful and they were so nice to answer my questions. This store goes above and beyond!!! ?I made a return here of an unused & unopened squeegee in original packaging that I bought for a garage cleaning project that I was not able to complete in time (winter hit and the hose & water in hose would have frozen). The return went very smoothly and pleasantly. Cashier was Glenn. Super nice and helpful guy. I highly reccomend Home Depot, and this location especially. :)”

“Noah helped me with what turned into a pretty difficult transaction. Even with multiple equipment failures getting in the way, he kept his calm and got it done. While he was helping me he even helped some newer reps with issues they had. This kid’s a rockstar!”

“I received a pair of skull candy earphones for Christmas. I understand these are not expensive earphones, $30, but they we not the $12 ones either. They stopped working in January. I took them back today, only to be told the Christmas deadline had already passed and they couldn't do anything for me. The deadline for returns is January 15 unless I purchased an extended warranty! Very disappointed that these earphones lasted about a month and Best Buy would do nothing for me. Poor customer service and the gentleman helping me kept referring to the "script" that I was past the deadline for returns. I didn't change my mind about the purchase... THEY STOPPED WORKING!!! No one is customer oriented anymore! Unhappy customer!”
