“I had a fabulous experience with this company. My two-year-old GE washing machine broke out of warranty, and this was the only place that agreed to replace the washing machine and keep the old dryer above it because it’s stacked. The big box stores make you buy a new dryer at the same time. This company agreed to work with us, which was excellent. They installed it all in under 40 minutes and couldn’t have been more polite. They even pointed out how with the previous installation (done by Home Depot) the stacking brackets were not installed properly, and our drain hose was in the wrong spot. This is a great lesson to go with the local company instead of the big box store,”

“We purchased a GE washer and dryer from LP a few years ago. They are awesome. Our double oven went and LP was my first stop again. Ryan sent me some options and ordered us a new Kitchenaid-removed our old one (which was a monster). Installed the new one and it is perfect. I wish I had more appliances that I needed to replace because I would buy them all from LP. This place is an old school Maine business who actually cares about the products they sell and the customers they serve. When we needed service on our washer. They fixed it in less than 3 days from diagnosis to up and running again. 5 stars is not high enough for Ryan and the rest of the LP team. If you want straightforward sales-no gimmicks and real service look no further than LP.”
