“I’ve heard people say that mechanics can be real jerks because people will need to hire them no matter what. I’m happy to say Sci is an exception—he’s very cordial and kind, and he will tell you exactly what’s going on with your car. I really appreciate his transparency and his passion for his work. He’s been getting a VW Eurovan I recently got into great shape, and even the VW garage didn’t want to work on it since these older vans can have quite a few problems. It was really refreshing to have someone care so much about getting my car to be the best it can be within my budget. So glad I have a reliable mechanic I know can help me out!”

“Had my DSG serviced and brake fluid flushed, also new spark plugs. They left the old spark plugs with the car, so I know they were done. This made me feel really confident. Unfortunately, you can’t see maintenance with the other services, but I had a good feeling that they were actually performed. I know reviews can be mixed anywhere, but my personal experience was pretty pleasant and have been recommending them a lot. They are clearly super busy, it seems like, so please be kind and understand that they are running a business. I also called about a bent rim, and they were super helpful on the phone. Will be going here for my oil changes from now on as well.”

“I’ve had a bed liner sprayed in, running boards installed and under coating done here. They’re great . The bed liner after 5 years wore a dime size hole in the tailgate and they repaired it no cost. My running boards had spray liner put on them and they showed signs of rust. They didn’t repair it but instead replaced them free of charge. I just had it wool waxed and am very pleased with their service.”

Finally found the jeep we wanted and again Josh went above and beyond to get us into the jeep and great payment! So now all the paperwork was signed and this is now getting close to 9, and now Josh takes the jeep to be cleaned and ready to take home! Josh you went above and beyond and at no point did we feel pushed or pressured making the choice to get the jeep that much easier!!!THAN YOU!!!”
“Excellent communication and straight to the point. I made an appointment for an exhaust leak that needed to be fixed and the Sullivan auto team did a great job fixing it, as well as completing several other items that were in need of repair at the same time. I dropped the car off around 8am and they shortly called me back with an estimate and recommendations. Before the end of the day they replaced a differential seal, wheel bearing, cv axle, and midpipe back exhaust in order to remove the rotted out flange. Prices were reasonable given the amount of work that was done in a short period of time. Thank you! I would visit here again.”
