“Great mechanics with excellent service! I had belt and pulley that needed replacement along with a coolant line and power steering line. They did the repair and had me back on the road in the same day! They even did a brake check for me which shows they really care about the quality of the vehicle that's being driven. Highly recommend them to anyone needing honest service.”

“My check engine light came on June 15, 2024 in Western NY - I was on my way to Portland, ME. I began calling auto repair shops in Portland and all of them could not help me until the first week of July, 2024. That’s where Meineke came in and they truly went out of their way to help me. The issue was with the thermostat in my Miata. They replaced it with an OEM one at a reasonable price. As of today June, 23 - one thousand miles with my new thermostat - I am truly great full to Meineke.”
“Had a transmission that needed to be rebuilt. One of the new parts that they used ended up being defective, but they gladly took care of all of the complications (and there were many) that arose because of it. Would absolutely go back here for any transmission issues.”
“Super quick, affordable, and knowledgeable. I brought in a Subaru that had a pesky scraping sound I couldn't get rid of. The guys at Cumberland looked at it, tried some fixes, and charged me a fair price. When the problem persisted, they told me to bring it back, rode with me to hear where the noise came from, and fixed it again within a few hours, this time getting the noise to almost zero. Never charged me for the second visit and gave me good advice about long term fixes my car might need and how to mitigate problems in the short term. If I lived in the area this would be my go-to garage!”

However, I do have an issue with the detailing of my new pickup. Mud in the wheelwells, dirt/mud in the bed of the truck, tires dirty, kind of like a quick wipe down and that was it?? You get an A for Olivia and a D for detailing.”
“These guys are great. I am having serious problems with my new tires deflating and hope they will correct the issue. I’ve spent too much time there but trust they’ll resolve my problem. I replaced my tires in December with them. I asked them to pick the best, safest tire for me. Never had any problems with my 4 year old Subaru until I got new tires. I still give them 5 stars because they are trying.”

I had to take my car to the dealership for a recall repairs, and they (of course) told me I urgently needed thousands of dollars of additional services. “At 56 years old I've had many cars and both good and bad mechanics. Joseph and his team were great! I live in PA and bought a used truck in ME. I bought used running boards, a bed cover (both of which were wrong size). Joseph made them both work. The tailgate would not open, he fixed that but told me the lock was not working. I said don't worry, I won't need the lock. When I picked it up it was fixed. They even stayed open late on a Friday to finish all of the work. Can't recommend him enough!”
