“I’ll start by saying that this is the first car I’ve bought in a long time and I understand the business has changed. That said, buying from Bill Dodge far exceeded my expectations. We visited a few dealerships as we were researching vehicles and felt like a burden in the rare occasions anyone even bothered to engage with us. We were looking for vehicle that’s pretty in-demand, so we weren’t really sure how the process would go, but the salesman was incredibly communicative about the steps as they were happening and in the end got us exactly what we were looking for.
