The food is good but the wait is difficult to stomach. I've been to this location twice and both times we waited 25 minutes to be served sub sandwiches.

I love it when Ali and Parker work. They both are amazing at their jobs and care about the customer. They always make me smile when I come in.

We love Firehouse even though the app is a nightmare. Ordering a BLT is more difficult than it needs to be. Hook and Ladder sandwich is awesome. Staff is always friendly and willing to make things right.
