“I started going to F45 with my wife and daughter. I was surprised on how well organized and intense the classes are. The class structure is great and it is sooted for all levels of fitness. Mark and his staff do a great job with making sure you are following through with proper technique and give you encouragement throughout the whole class. Great experience and would recommend to everyone beginners to experts.”
