“I walked into this location at 7:45Am without an appt expecting to be there for awhile based off from the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist who kindly had me add my name to the book and I waited about ten minutes before I was called by the lab technician. She was very friendly and first try got what she needed from my arm and was very good at her job and I was out of their in no time. It was great experience. I will be using this location from now on to have my labs done.”
“I had to go for my annual labs. Because I work, I went on a Saturday. I arrived shortly after 9:30am and waited, perhaps, 15 minutes. The tech was proficient and painless.”
“NorDx phlebotomists are usually terrific, administration or front desk people it’s hit or miss. I’ve experienced very professional, pleasant interactions with the front desk people at MMC, but then the worst ever front desk person at the Scarborough Campus Drive location last week. They barked at like a dog, commanding to me “sit down” when I questioned why others who came after me, and had numbers higher than mine (you take a number upon entering and they are supposed to take you in consecutive order per the phlebotomist I spoke to) were getting labs collected before me. That front desk person behaved rudely for no apparent reason.”
“The support staff and doctors are good , but now using the portal as a billing system, not a system to support good health is a negative and nobody clicks on a link in email to pay ...no really”
