NorDx is a busy lab where patients can make an appointment or walk in. While there can be a wait, they move through the list quickly and patients are often seen almost immediately or within minutes. The phlebotomists are described as very good, skilled, efficient, professional, kind, friendly, courteous, and compassionate. They are thorough in ensuring information is correct and are on point to get patients in and out. Many reviewers note positive experiences with easy, quick blood draws, even for those with hard-to-find veins. The staff is adequate and the overall experience is considered easy and highly recommended.

I’ve been in twice to have bloodwork done for my infant. Staff have been wonderful and the wait time has been minimal (I’ve scheduled appointments online).

Was seen almost immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment. Phlebotomist were very good as I have hard to find veins but they got it first try on all three occasions
