The customer service is excellent, prices are too, and if they don't have what you need in the store they have tons of catalogs and will order for you! I stop by here any time I'm downtown.”
“Just excellent. I’m somewhat IT savvy but not to ‘that’ extent. My kid got his pre-built Gaming PC all infected with viruses and bots resulting in BSOD. Couldn’t figure it out so took it to the friendly folks over at Necessary Technology. They did a fresh install as well as remedied the poor case ventilation by installing a better CPU cooler and case fan. Very quick turnaround for a very reasonable price. Would return there for future similar problems and certainly recommend. Note that the back entrance to their parking lot (Durham Street) is a one way street. Had a few hiccups with some slight defects that showed up after the install but they had it up and running perfectly after a quick service visit. It was great to find a business that didn't just tell us to throw it out and try to sell us something new. So, we bought a new printer to reward that behavior.
