“Wonderful little shop in downtown Portland. I always go here whether I need nice stationery or accounting ledgers. The customer service is excellent, prices are too, and if they don't have what you need in the store they have tons of catalogs and will order for you! I stop by here any time I'm downtown.”
“If you want prompt, friendly, accommodating and reliable local service for your printer and ink needs - we have had nothing but A++ experience with the team at Maine Printer Supply!”
“For my small engineering business I purchased a used copier from MDS for a great price. Delivery went smoothly and they even arranged for a discounted delivery fee. Had a few hiccups with some slight defects that showed up after the install but they had it up and running perfectly after a quick service visit. Fantastic service, great prices, and very good attention to detail. Couldn't recommend them more.”
“We couldn’t be more thrilled with the partnership we had with Creative Office Resources in bringing the new Cloudport space to life. Their expertise in furniture solutions and design played a critical role in delivering a best-in-class workspace that blends functionality, comfort, and style.
A special shoutout to Tara, whose vision, creativity, and flawless execution made the entire process feel seamless. Her attention to detail and ability to translate ideas into an inspiring design exceeded our expectations at every turn.
This project wouldn’t have been possible without the collaborative support of Samantha, Stephanie, and Mikayla — each of whom brought invaluable insight, coordination, and dedication throughout the journey. The COR team felt like an extension of our own, and we’re so grateful for their commitment to excellence.
Cloudport has never looked better, and that’s thanks to COR. We look forward to working together on the next project!”
“I wish I could have gotten the driver's name today, as he was awesome. We have a sign at our business that the techs need to put on the orange shoe covers before they enter and he asked me if he should do that as well. It was so nice to see that he was paying attention and didn't just assume!”

“I cannot recommend Necessary Technology highly enough. They’d get 25 stars from me if possible. This is second tile I’ve used them in last few years. I must say, as they expand their business and move from Forest Avenue in downtown Portland to new facilities, I love their pick up and delivery service. They expedited my service knowing I needed it for ZOOM meetings on Tues after Labor Day. It’s back, all info intact, bookmarks restored, and I’m a very happy computer user.
I highly recommend Necessary Technology!”
