“Ryan R. is very helpful and friendly. He made sure I had everything I needed. His inspection of the truck before the rental was thorough. I have been renting from the Portland location for many years and he has always been the best. The truck was clean and new. Thank you. Keep up the excellent work.”
“Best place to work worked there four years good people to work with and work for don't mind a bit about going to work I only wish I would have found it earlier in my years THEY LET YOU BE YOU i have the best boss thanks for letting me work here glenny”
“The location had a good inventory of trucks. I rented a 10 foot truck and it was clean, well maintained, and easy to drive. I picked up and dropped off by in person and it was extremely quick and easy. They were very friendly and let me park my car there for the 4 days I had the truck. I will use this location again.”
“Great place to rent a truck! When I got there, they didn’t have the exact truck I had reserved, but I let them know and they made it right. They were super flexible and willing to accommodate my needs. Would definitely rent from them again!”
“Very helpfull and understanding. Was very considerate for the situation I was in and let me keep the truck for a few extra hours and drop it off after they where closed”

“Jacob was very thoughtful to call us the morning that we started our rental week to tell us that he was eliminating the nominal daily charge above what the insurance company would cover, because he was apologizing for having missed meeting us on the first morning of our rental...”
