“I found a very cute romper for my daughter's baby shower. It's a magenta pretty pink color. They also had a navy green color one. It's sleeveless & really pretty. I wore a white shawl over it.Anyone looking for something dressy but not too dressy this would be perfect. I went to 3 other places first. I should've just went here first. Next time I will because I usually always find what I need here. Plus there prices are reasonable. My romper was $40 dollars. Other places I went dresses & rompers were much more expensive & not as cute in my opinion.”

“I had a wonderful shopping experience here. The merch is reasonably priced and good quality. I bought these really cool stylish boots that I love. I found the store to be clean as well, all the floors in the aisles I went were spotless. However, some items had fallen off the shelves into the aisle posing safety hazard. I did overhear the manager talking to a potential employee so I guess they are aware that they need help in the store and are working on it. The store associates were very nice, friendly and professional. I think I would definitely come back here again. I enjoyed my shopping experience here.”

“I had the best experience at this adorable little boutique and it was made even more special by Sarah who helped me out. The quality of clothes are good here and super cute. Sarah really stepped up and made the experience really shine, Ive never felt so special at a store before. She kept checking on me, asking if I needed a different size. Then when I came out to ask her opinion she went into personal shopper mode and showed me things I never would have thought to check out! She gave me a lot of fashion tips, had me try on a dress I loved (but didnt need at the moment) and a skirt I adored that would go with a lot of different outfits. Sarah is one of kind and I joked she should be my personal shopper.”

“Really kind & understanding workers, with amazing merchandising displays and setups!! The sale section is way in the back - located in the historical bank's vault. It's really cool seeing the vault door/lock and all the old bank elements. The fitting room is unisex, but spacious & private. I really love the vintage/historical feel that's maintained with all the modern/grungy touches Urban adds!
I really wish they would add some Urban Outfitter's Bedding/Sheet sets in-store! Thought they had a dedicated home goods section for some reason. Their duvet sets are popular & often sell out online because they have such unique designs. Parking is not bad at all on the small side streets - you might have to cross the street/block though.”
“Jacob was very pleasant & helpful, I can't understand why they would move him to another store. The cashier who assisted with cashing out was very nice also. Unfortunately I forgot his name, But the staff needs to be more customer friendly, they never welcomed you to the store ask if you find what you're looking for etc. I see the manager Sam making the effort. And that's why I gave this store 4 stars.”
“I unfortunately ordered the wrong size shirts for my partner at Christmas, and had been lagging on taking them back for exchange. Got to the store and the staff could not have been more gracious and helpful. I had bought the shirts online, so there was a lot more"processing" to be done than a straight exchange. I was also a few days past the exchange window and the manager was kind enough to let me do an even exchange anyway - THAT is great customer service (and why I love BR). They had one of the shirts in stock, and the other 2 they reordered for me. The funny thing is that because of all the details involved, I was taking up a lot of their time, which I know could have been spent with others- but they kept apologizing to me for how long it took!! I was the one that needed to apologize to them! Oh, I was also wearing the BR blanket scarf and 1 of the women helping me was so complimentary of it- meant a lot. The staff at the Maine Mall store are EXCEPTIONAL. I've worked in retail almost all my life, so it takes a lot to impress me - and they blew it out of the park. Just a great group, and a great experience. I wish I had all of their names- but the gang working Saturday January 22nd- THANK YOU!!”
