About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is noted for providing helpful and friendly service. The staff are described as extremely helpful, fair, accommodating, patient, and informative, often going above and beyond. They make the rental process smooth, even during frustrating situations, and follow up with customers. The cars are clean. It is recommended to reserve a car online to ensure availability, as locations can be fully booked and vehicles are moved between sites based on reservations. While sometimes a specific location may not have a car available, the overall experience is pleasant, leading customers to return or try another branch.

You could not have done anything better unless you had a Silverado 1500 LTZ for rent. The rental truck was brought to the collision center timely, your rep was very courteous, and helpful. I've rented from Enterprise several times in the past and will again in the future when needed.

Great friendly customer service. The car was ready on time. Able to talk to a real person on the phone. No problems with the car on the trip
