They wouldn't or couldn't help me when I wanted to rent a car from Enterprise from North Windham Maine on October 18th....I only wanted to rent it for one day...maybe two....they said they didn't have anything available .....

It is recommended to always reserve a car online instead of just showing up; that way you can make sure that they have a car for you. They explained that they tend to move the cars between locations based on reservations.I was unable to get a rental at this moment because they were all booked out, going to try another location later on.The agent I spoke with was very informative, and tried to help me to the best of his ability. While it didn't work out the way I wanted it to; all in all it wasn't a bad experience and I am willing to try with a different location to see if they have one available now.

I’ve rented hundreds of cars in my career. My home location of enterprise in windham is the absolute worst. Save your time and go to national or hertz. On multiple occasions they have lost or over booked my reservation. 3 times my bad. Never again.

I have been failed by this location on every count. The experience of trying for days to try and get the car that was promised and reserved for me is an example of how absolutely wretched the customer service here is.The guys in the office are not only rude, but dismissive and seemingly unable to answer their phones. I have tried to get through a dozen times at various points in the day. It seems the only way to get any sort of communication will have to be me posting a negative review.At this point I have been disrespected and insulted by their lack of care for their customers

At this point I have been disrespected and insulted by their lack of care for their customers Edit: hours after emailing the manager who commented here I am still no closer to getting either an apology or a car. Considering I would have returned the car tomorrow afternoon, they have completely ghosted me. Update: We have now reached the day when I would have returned the car if I had gotten it when I initially rented it, I have heard nothing from anyone in regards to an apology or a solution to the situation. They completely ruined my trip and you should absolutely avoid this location.

I rented a car from this location for about six weeks while between vehicles. Adam and the team at this location are extremely helpful, fair, and accommodating. I will certainly be returning should I need another rental in the future!
