Bank is a joke, I have a payroll check drawn on their bank and don’t have an account, and they refused to cash it because it’s over a set limit that they also refused to tell me.

Horrible customer service at this branch! Nobody knows what is going on at this place! I recommend you going to another branch! The lead teller was rude and obviously had no interest in helping me!
