Every time I call and every time I go there, the staff are warm and courteous, including the on call doctors. Referrals are prompt, (even if the place referred to doesn't get back quickly!). I have had no trouble with labs or prescriptions. I use some outside sources versus their in house specialists. They call back quickly.And i've had no trouble getting appointments. “I walked into this location at 7:45Am without an appt expecting to be there for awhile based off from the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised as I was greeted very nicely by the receptionist who kindly had me add my name to the book and I waited about ten minutes before I was called by the lab technician. She was very friendly and first try got what she needed from my arm and was very good at her job and I was out of their in no time. It was great experience. I will be using this location from now on to have my labs done.”
