“Joel was the only employee and there were 4 customers ahead of me. Two of them required extensive help; however, Joel acknowledged everyone, worked with other customers when waiting for transfers to occur or for assistance from people he called because he was unable to resolve the issue, and always had a smile on his face and in his voice. He was pleasant to the very end, even though he was working well past the store closing time and made sure everyone was satisfied with the resolution of their problems. He was an exemplary employee and should be recognized for his superior customer service.”
