NorDx is a busy lab where patients can make an appointment or walk in. While there can be a wait, they move through the list quickly and patients are often seen almost immediately or within minutes. The phlebotomists are described as very good, skilled, efficient, professional, kind, friendly, courteous, and compassionate. They are thorough in ensuring information is correct and are on point to get patients in and out. Many reviewers note positive experiences with easy, quick blood draws, even for those with hard-to-find veins. The staff is adequate and the overall experience is considered easy and highly recommended.

This place is not bad at all. I’ve had multiple phlebotomists and the only slight complaint is there is always a wait but they move through the list quickly.

I can’t speak to the bad reviews here but in my experience I walked in on time for my blood draw, was called up within 5 minutes and the draw was over in 5-10 minutes. The women I spoke with was efficient and kind. Will be coming here again for future labs.
