“I see a lot of issues in the reviews for this place but my experience has been different. They have been very helpful with issues and have been open as per their posted hours. I suspect the issue is that this small post office is manned by one person (it seems) so sometimes I guess they may have to step away or close the window for a break. For me, they have been friendly and helpful.”
“One of the better USPS I’ve been delivered and picked up from. Everyone is kind and fast. Major con is that they require you to carry 12 loading straps AND A LOCK. My broker/dispatch only made it clear that I needed straps. Had a minor issue with that but everyone being so nice made up for USPS stupid rules. Literally only used 2 straps.”
“There used to be some hiccups from time to time at this office but since Eddie has started and they’ve staffed the front end consistently, it’s gotten so much better. I had a package that said it couldn’t be delivered and after about a week later it still had not been delivered, I called the office to check the status (and was surprised to actually get someone in the Raymond Office) and Eddie found the package and got it out for delivery the next day! It seems like a really good team there now.”

“I always like to give a good review for good service and I really wish I caught her name, but I just had to say, one of the ladies working the counter was one of the most pleasant customer service workers I have ever encountered! She deserves so much praise - everyone left with a smile when she helped them! Some people are meant to do what they do and she is meant for that job!!”
