Tried cramming a large package into my mailbox instead of just leaving it on the porch damaged the package pretty bad. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone, absolute joke

The worst. Wrong info about operating hours. Called over a dozen times with no answer. Incompetence at its finest. Filing a report with the main hub.

I’m not sure who the old dude is but he was very mean ? he made me bring my packages to some other lady and was giving her a massive attitude and while she took care of the line of customers he just stood there looking very intimidating ?

I have to agree with Anne M - I too went for my passport and it was such a headache; website and phone answering system said they were open to walk-ins (Had issues setting up appointment on site) - When I walked in you may have thought I committed a crime. They denied having walk-in hours, but told me I was "Lucky they weren't busy and would help" - They couldn't take my picture because the printer was ''out of ink for the past several months'' - They refused to accept my birth certificate, but they're not the team processing my Passport... Came back exactly a week later (With another birth certificate), had the same gentleman, who stonewalled me at every turn: He was the one to fill out the form the week prior and told me there were issues with it! But HE did it!? - DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE FOR PASSPORT SERVICES.

I had a mostly terrible experience getting my passport application submitted. The male employee SHOULD NOT be in a front facing customer position. I was called back because he missed some information that was needed to complete my passport app. Donna is lovely. Give that woman a raise!!

I’m from out of town, stopped to mail something. Elderly disabled man in front of me was asking about changing his address, the man waiting on him has a terrible attitude from the start was very rude to the man. Belittled him, the man asked for help with the form. The man working for USPS said he can’t help and the man would need to get someone to help at home. The elderly man stated he lives alone and would love some assistant. The man working there filled out the form but stated many times I’m not allowed to help, and that he needs to get someone to help him with this kind of thing. I’m sorry when did we as a society judge people and not lend a hand. It was so sad to see. Had the employee not helped I would have offered. It was so sad to see the employee be so disrespectful. I’m glad this is not my local post office.

I'd give them zero if I could. Putting others mail in our box and our mail in others boxes.... Really fed up with the postal service. Learn to do jobs correctly. It's a federal offense to put mail in incorrect boxes. Guess from now on I should go down and wait and watch to make sure the jobs done correctly.

Is it slow? Yes. It it short staffed? Yes. However, the people working here are so kind and are so lovely. They exercise a level of patience and kindness that is actually inspiring. They also always express gratitude that I came in. The staff here are so great!!! ?

Maybe if you guys wore mask at your facility you could have more than 15% of your workforce actually working and not have over a weeks worth of my mail, including 9 packages, unsorted in the back for going on a week without any sort of expected delivery dateAfter making a formal complaint- USPS rep says all of my mail and a very high number of others has been delivered via freight but not even acknowledged at the post office location for days and I still wasn’t given a delivery OR pickup date.

Awful experience. I understand those who work at any USPS have to communicate with lots of customers and continually ship out packages and mail. However, I don't think this is an excuse to treat customers poorly. My experience left me annoyed and irritated as I felt I didn't receive adequate assistance.

Thankless job. I appreciate the long hours our postal workers put in. Thank you for helping me track my lost package! Everyone is upset that they don't answer the phone. They don't have enough staff to deal with the mail AND answer the phone that rings non-stop. If you want to speak with someone go in or leave a note with your postal carrier.

Overpriced, rude, and generally inconvenient. I get that they're being actively sabotaged, so it's hard to hold anything against them, but what a horrible organization to have to deal with.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I stood in line for 45 min as it is close to the holiday season and was told by the employee that he "did not have time" for an international package because it was 3 min to 5 pm, and he would have to "type it all in". This was after he cut off the line 4 people behind me. It didn't matter to him that I filled out the sheet fully to save time. It took him longer to argue that he didn't want to do it than to just enter the info. But instead he found time to socialize with coworkers and customers in front of me. Overall that is not the way you should treat people.
