However, I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised and I had a very enjoyable Purchasing experience with Downeast Toyota this last week. I was able to negotiate my purchase and get exactly what I wanted all through text. I was able to do the quick application online and got a call back within minutes with an offer. I was able Make a down payment online and then go in and sign a couple of quick papers that took no more than 15 minutes. The online portion just took maybe two hours altogether. I was able to Pick up my car and leave. They had my car ready for me, including the equipment that I had purchased extra. They had it already installed. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. We have to buy one more vehicle before we retire and this is exactly where we will buy it. No questions asked. “I had an appointment at 9:30 AM for an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. During the inspection, they discovered that my brakes needed to be replaced. They were able to take care of everything on the spot, and I was completely done by 10:30 AM!
Both the manager and the technician were friendly, professional, and absolutely amazing to work with. I really appreciated how efficient they were and how clearly they explained everything.
