A nice gym, in a quiet area. Well equipped, but not mobbed. They also sell a wide variety of equipment, including delivery. The proprietor is an honest, no-nonsense guy.

Contacted them about getting my home treadmill repaired, and highly satisfied with the result. Took a while to get parts but they kept in communication with me the whole time and were consistently informative, friendly, and responsive. Absolutely would recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

We are a privately owned gym that accepts members on an approval basis. We have superior personal training that is truly designed for each individual's needs. We also sell and service quality fitness equipment. You need to make an appointment to see the gym or check out the store.
