“I Love This Place.We are here on vacation till October, and my wife and I love this place, and the men and women that work there are Amazing and Crazy Friendly. This store has Everything.. including U-haul trailer rentals, and with all the Treasures I have accumulated here in the Beautiful State of Maine, I will need one to get all these things back to Northern Mississippi.I wish we had a Louie Doe in Nesbit, Mississippi. “Everyone is nice and they have a great selection of stuff both in the regular hardware store and the pet center. They aquatics people are friendly and knowledgeable about fish care. They carry an impressively thorough assortment of fish stuff (including frozen food and driftwood), cat and dog stuff, and bird and rodent stuff for a small local store. The hardware store has beautiful live plants, a florist section, appliances, cleaning supplies, cold drinks, snacks, Sloggers brand boots, nice gardening gloves, etc. They can also apparently custom cut glass for you, which I haven't tried using yet but plan on it.”
“A really interesting place. They have everything you can imagine. Was in there yesterday and even noticed they had deerskin toddlers mittens. Besides all the usual Hardware stuff. Their staff is so nice. They go out of their way to make sure you get just what you want. Real old-time atmosphere located right on the Main Street of Richmond. Check it out you won't be disappointed.”

“Ames is a real gem of a small town hardware store. They always have whatever you need and always go out of their way to help you. We always go here rather then going to the big box stores.”
