North Of The Border is a shop described as downright awesome, offering a wide variety of items. Visitors find wonderful Maine potatoes, local jams and syrups, wild blueberries, and other goodies. The place features lots of garden statues, stone sculptures, lobster traps, and a beautiful greenhouse with healthy plants. There is also a nice sized building with misc stuff inside, including homemade birdhouses, cute moose earrings, and unique objects like a cast iron octopus paper towel holder or a concrete welcome dragon. Prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly, very nice, and more than helpful. The place is dog friendly. The hard-working staff and owner are recognized for being helpful, talking about products, and providing great local recommendations. It is a popular stop for vacationers and those passing by, glad to have made the trip.
