“In general my experience with UPS has been very positive. Couple of years ago they managed to misplace my passport while I was in Canada and I had a heck of a time but mistakes happen. Overall, they run a sound business and deliver repeatedly on time with a smile. FedEx is a fine competitor as well, but over the years it's been the boys and brown who get the job done for most American businesses.”

“This place is that absolute best. They have everything you need (and more) and the staff is helpful and gracious. You're in good hands. I came in an hour before they closed with a big lamination order without giving them a heads up, and Bob and Braelynn (sp?) rose to the challenge with nothing but old school courtesy and a let's-get-this-done efficiency. We had a great chat while the job was getting done, then Bob gave me a 15% discount at check-out for the big order. That's next level. The best kind of local community-based small business. Give them your business, keep them going!”
