I went in with a sim card issue on my iPhone 13 and left with an iPhone 15 pro max and a new iPad. James gave me the best advice and explained all of my options clearly. My boyfriend and I spent a few hours at Verizon on a Saturday, which doesn’t sound like fun, but James made it a friendly, and welcoming experience. I got two brand new devices and my bill went down! James was great to chat with as well. He even made me some coffee during my visit! I have never felt more well informed and confident in my cell phone carrier than I did at yesterday’s visit.
