Efficient in & out on Amazon return. The staff was courteous. Happy to come here again for shipping needs.
Convenient location with lots of parking and shops/restaurants around.

The rude older woman other complaints likely refer to mention her name is Brenda. She was very rude in her demeanor and has awful customer service. This looks like a common theme with other clients and bad reviews below even though it gets pushed off with each one.
It’s actually hard for someone to manage to give off such a bad impression off such a short interaction. I work 12 hour shifts and don’t give off as much attitude as that woman. It’s just a mess with trash around and the counter but she sits and waits in the back so that’s all you see when you walk in.
I usually don’t care for an interaction so minuscule but she rubbed me off the wrong way so I went back in the store to ask her name. People have their bad days but she should not be working with clients or people.

The older lady that works here is extremely rude. Waited a few mins to go in so I wasn't that person to go in right when you opened. Get up to the register, her coffee is way more important at the time. So she sips, says hello. Phone rings, she puts her finger up and says one second.... like hello, I'm at the register.... and starts helping the person on the phone.... no where have I ever worked you do that ..... she's always extremely rude everytime I come in... if you can't provide goid customer service where it is your job to do so... leave!!!!!

I was a little confused about printing a label for a tricky return- Keligh was calm helpful and sweet. I probably didn’t deserve her courtesy- TY Keligh - and others - So glad you’re there for my occasional what did I order !!!!

Easy to commute to and no hazards for getting into the store. The other UPS store I go to has stairs and you need to park your vehicle on a steep incline which is inconvenient.

Edit: I believe the owners response below says it all. His employee yesterday was rude and has been rude in the past. Busy or not. Handling themselves under pressure is part of working retail. With only one other customer in the store they were not busy! Rude yes, snippy yes, busy no.Cool that there’s a UPS drop off. Not cool when every single time I go in there’s attitude. Scan my bar code and be done with it. Stop being argumentative and for the love of god stop asking your elderly customers twenty questions to drop off items! No matter when I go in you have a crazy Karen working the front who has zero clue how to do the job! I’ll stick with driving to Dover NH or over to Sanford (where they’re not even technically a return drop off via barcode but somehow they can figure it out!!) At least they’ve hired competent people and are friendly.

Every time I come in here I get the same incredibly rude chick who can't figure out how to return a simple package. If you need the UPS store just go to staples or Dover, ignore this place.

Asked for them to tape boxes that we purchased from them and they would not do that.Also did not have size boxes that they have displayed to purchases 12x12 or 16x16.Customer service was non existent!

Don't use UPS to deliver anything. Their drivers apparently don't know how to read addresses or delivery instructions so your package will be delivered to either a post office or to another address miles from your delivery destination. In addition, if you want to speak with someone at UPS be prepared to waste 30 minutes speaking with a robot who WILL NOT connect you to a customer service representative. This has become a very difficult and unprofessional company. I would avoid them. Unfortunately if you buy online from Amazon or other online companies you will suffer the incompetence of their delivery drivers. Be prepared for your package to be delivered to another town.

Employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Lines can get long but move quickly. Amazon returns are a breeze. Great customer service.

Judging from these reviews, I guess I shouldn't take the rude behavior of the woman who does the notarizing personally. She needs customer service training big time. This wasn't the first episode with her. Definitely will go out of my way to not ever go to that store in the future!Reply to owner's response:I apologized to the notary for being late due to traffic she did not acknowledge by even looking up or even a grunt. She was very gruff throughout the few questions (No biggie, that's her personality). Upon finishing up I said thank you - again not any response whatsoever -instead she turned her back and ignored me to ask the other (polite person) what her register code was. I said "Have a nice day" as I turned to leave - yup, you guessed it - Not any acknowledgement at all! I call that rude, very rude! Rather than being so defensive as seen in the many other reviews similar to mine your time would be better spent with a little customer service training for this employee.
