“With the advent of digital banking and direct billings/deposits, visiting a bank is almost like deciding to visit a library...it takes you awhile to remember the process!
This was my first time in this location, and I must say, my experience alone was enough to make me consider moving to Brandon!!
The teller was friendly and completed my transaction request in a timely manner. And, then she did something rather unexpectedly...she cared about the type of account I was using. I haven't seen a bank employee care about anything customer related in so long, I thought I might have had some sort of medical event.
She took the time, and not so much that it was inconvenient, to identify an issue that was negatively impacting my account. She not only corrected the issue, but indicated that she would go back three months to have my account credited accordingly.
I didn't even have to ask!!
So, if you are reading reviews to find out where you should bank, I would add this location to the top of the list!”
