I went to BMO and recieved services from Amanda Everett and Sofiia Prykhodko. In person, Amanda was nice during my appoinment with her, but she lacks communication to clients after meeting with them. I was needing a home pre approval, I sent emails and she never responded back to me after sending all my information to her. She does not answer her phone. She said she would get back to me and never did. My file was suppose to be transfered to Sofiia and she never even bothered to call or email me even though I left her a voicemail and she was cc'd emails from Amanda. I am honestly disappointed by them as it was a waste of time for myself. I went Feb 13th in person and it is now the 29th and never recieved any word from them. I ended up going to another bank as they were more attentive to customers.The least they could have done for me if they needed time to figure things out is to communicate and let me know that they recieved my info and are working on it, but I didn't even get that unfortunatley.

Poor customer service skills, I was there to close my bank account and they were not able to close it because the employee was not properly trained. I waited there for half an hour, and the representative sad she will give me call back when the problem will be resolved. Till date, I have not received any call back. Poorly managed bank branch.

I have to say I agree with the majority of the reviews. They not only apply to the Brandon branch, but BMO customer service in general. There isn't much point in having customer service agents or even tellers in the store if they have no idea what they are doing. At the very least, they should start by listenting to the clients and trying to help once they let the client speak. If the review team wants more clarification they should start by listening to random phone calls made to BMO customer service.

Edit: Isak is amazing! The assistant branch manager and the branch manager could use more customer service training as well as policy training, but if you must go to this branch, ask for Isak! Honestly, if we had Isak from the beginning - 5 stars! But since the others were lacking, I am giving 2 as a revision. Thank you Isak!

My review used to say 1starThe new manager and assistant manager have REALLY whipped that place into shape.I’ve been coming here 6 years and since the new management took over, EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Shreen is someone who should be training nation-wide. I was disgusted with the prior management and I’m glad to have to pop into BMO now as opposed to dreading it before.Keep up the great work!

Recent management at this branch is awful. All experienced staff gone and they were so friendly and knew all their customers. Staff always leaving and new faces. Wouldn't recommend here. Service and wait times gotten so bad. And bmo leadership does nothing to improve the branch.

I had a lot of trouble sorting out some accidental missed payments that ibwas not informed about.Uschi and Rushabh were very helpful in giving me the information I needed to get the situation fixed.I appreciate how patient they were with all my worries!

It seems like the last year the customer service had taken a dive. My husband phoned with a question on the Wed and got voicemail stating he would be called back within 24 hours. I ended up going to the branch in the mean time as we couldn’t wait. We don’t live in Brandon so that is a pain. He did not get the call back till the filling Monday. My son was at the bank and needs to cancel some LOC cheques he can’t find and order some more LOC Cheques-he was told he had to make an appointment. You used to be able to do it right then and there. So he had to take more time off from work again and also drive into Brandon again. This is so disappointing to us. It’s not very accommodating.

This bank is the most unreliable bank in town.... the people in there have no clue what they are doing while the manager sits on her computer in her office. Everytime i go in to do bank something goes wrong... i dont recommend anyone get an account here.

Poorly run establishment. No one answer the phone EVER, if you want to speak to someone you have to drive there. I mentioned the phones not being answered, looked around, i was the ONLY customer, the attendant even giggled about my comment and apologized, like its funny. Theyre not busy and what kind of company doesnt answer phones? Left multiple voicemails, no call back. To top it off this bank is located in a very bad part of town, i cant imagine being a senior with mobility issues not being able to get ahold of their bank because they physically cannot do it and this bank REFUSES to answer phone calls. You all should be ashamed.
