Very nice staff, i made a new friend and now i visit her every week, she’s pretty funny?, but the problem is the kids… the kids were screaming at me, pushing me, and giving me looks while i was looking for skincare for my acne-prone skin.

I have received the best customer service at this Sephora out of all the ones I have been too by far. I come in often, so I have a built a relationship with Cruz and Kelsey in particular. They are amazing. They are so kind, genuine and never make me feel rushed. They are have very passionate about their job, down to earth and professional. I sometimes cal ahead to make sure one of them are working! A few of the products I have purchased due to their recommendation and have ended up LOVING are Paula’s Choice exfoliator , Clairns hydra-essential Ha2, Belif The true cream & the INKEY list hylaraunic serum.The last time I was in , Cruz was notified it was his turn to go on break, but he decided to help me anyways and go afterwards. He ended up spending 20 minutes with me and didn’t rush me. Such a nice guy.Sephora is lucky to have great employees like these two, they are rare these days!

Very bad customer service. I have a two and half years autistic son, we went shopping inside Sephora and he touching some of the products but not damaging anything He was just facinated with colors. Then this rude representative came to me and asked me to leave. I didn't want to make a scene in the store but if u don't want kids in the store PUT a sign!!!!!I will never purchase anything from there I will make sure non of my family does and for sure will tell my friends about my experience.

This store is really well laid out. It is bright and spacious which makes it much easier to shop in than the Winnipeg and Regina locations.The staff are also really nice.It's about time Brandon got a good premium beauty store, let's just hope it sticks around.

Visited there 3 days ago forgot to post review for great experience there were “Inder and Hanna” who helped me to find few of the products I was looking for were out of stock but gave me very good another product even suggested me to use sunscreen with that product to keep my skin healthy thanks girls

Overall, it's nice to finally have a nice makeup store. But the perfume section is lacking. Only travel sizes of Kayali, no Phluer, Ellis Brooklyn or Killian. Basically the same fragrances you could get at shoppers drug mart.

went on tuesday and the staff were so nice! i wish i got the girls name who colour matched me, she was awesome and made me super comfortable talking about my skin issues! store is bright, clean and smells good lol. love love love it there

The employees are awful. One of them would not stop bothering me and making passive comments. Did not have fun being followed around around and chuckling uncomfortably at rude comments. It’s new but customer service needs some serious work.

I went into the store for the first time today. The store was very bright with many new products. There was a worker who came up multiple times as I was just trying to look around and browse the store. She pointed at me while she was talking to another coworker. I heard the employee say “no offense”. The coworker she was talking to came up to me right after and said she heard I needed a color match. I had not asked for this at all. This was very embarrassing and degrading. This worker should be fired.
