“In a world where payments are bi-weekly because of pay periods or monthly because some people get paid monthly, the payments of every 4 weeks is frustrating.It's hard to budget something where the payment day is different every month.Other than that, the service is very good, staff is friendly, understanding and, within reason, accommodating.There are trolleys and palletjacks to help you move your stuff.”

“It's a good pick for myself being a 24 hour access. You can back in to a garage that is secure with a truck no longer than 15' or 11' high but watch out for these bugs that are a combination of a spider, cricket, and grasshopper that are dinosaurs in size and hop sideways. It'll make you scream and run. Lm**o! Too funny. Or a dock at the entrance door. U-Haul has you enter a four digit code that you use to enter the building and access the elevator. You have to punch it in every time you get on the elevator. When you get into your storage space U-Haul provides a new lock, still in package, that's left on the floor. Only the person renting the space has a key no one else. I rented a 10×15 that fit enough for a two bedroom and den, that's if you know how to pack and stack the storage. I left very little room close to the ceiling of the unit. I don't recommend being there alone at night. I tried and is creepy as hell.If anyone would like any help loading their storage I would gladly do so at a cheap rate.”
“I had the pleasure of touring the Reenders facility. I have to say they were very nice folks, explained everything very clearly, and the facilities were clean. The layout is easy to access while being very secure. Liked the wide hallways in the storage facilities.Again, great people! Wonderful company.”
“I parked my RV there. They have monitoring 24 hours, and the parking spots have a good space to fit your trailer. It is not cheap though. I can't tell about the storage.”

“Well, I dealt with Ryan. As long as everyone is as knowledgeable, friendly, patient and respectful as he was, then you have nothing to improve on. He helped me through every step of the way. He suggested a different trailer than what I was thinking was best. (He was right). Even gave tips and pointers how to secure my load in the trailer as well. I was moving a really awkward load. Top heavy and wobbly. But everything Ryan said made sense and there was zero issues.Thanks for you help and knowledge Ryan. This was old school “TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE”. What I believe the world is missing these days. Someone who actually cares about servicing the customer and the safety of his customers. This is a lost art these days. The only words that come to my mind to describe my experience would be “wow factor”.Thanks again. I will be back.”
