“I’ve loved the experience so much so far. The employees and the store manager (Winnipeg branch) are so nice and friendly. I booked a storage for four weeks for free! And the process was really straightforward which is so relieving, especially when you’re moving!”

“Super fast and extremely friendly service.
I booked and paid for a unit for only 3 days and didn't end up using it and had to pay the deposit fee, but would highly recommend this service.”

“After I had already chosen another company for storage and moving, I called BigSteelBox to follow up on two specific emails and a voicemail from Storage Consultant Hannah Forrest. Curious about pricing and availability, I used the number and extension in her email. Hannah answered promptly, walked me through the options and pricing, and it quickly became clear BigSteelBox might be the better choice. I mentioned I’d need to run the numbers and get back to her Monday. She gently and professionally asked what I wanted to calculate, and after a brief exchange we did the math together—BigSteelBox was clearly the best option. We finalized the order on the spot. I was very impressed with her patience and professionalism. Thank you, Hannah—you’re a tremendous asset to BigSteelBox! —Carlos Barcena”
“AMAZING customer service! This place is accommodating, helpful, reasonably priced, convenient, and just overall ‘on top of it’. Nothing but positive stuff to say & I highly recommend. 5 stars.”
“East Side Self Storage is definitely a 5+ star. I have rented with several storage companies in Winnipeg over the past several years and East Side Self Storage is easily the best. Sheena and her staff are excellent. The units are a good size, clean and secure. If I moved to the west side of Winnipeg and needed storage ... yep, I would still make the drive out to East Side. It's easily worth the trip.”
“I have been storing my truck there for over 8 years when I have to fly out to work.Never no issues. When I fly in I call the office and they will bring my truck to the gate for me.The taxi drops me off and then I head home.Definitely recommend them if you need storage in Winnipeg.Way cheaper also.Great people.”
“This is a great place for storage! The prices are very affordable and the people who work here care about your stuff. They have chipped ice away from my unit in the winter, fixed my lock for me immediately when I couldn’t get it to slide properly, and got rid of a spiderweb that was covering my lock because I was too scared (lol). 10/10 I recommend this place to everyone”

“I recently had a car repair done at one of the shops in the park, and the experience was exceptional. The mechanics were knowledgeable, honest, and quick to diagnose the issue. They explained everything clearly, offered fair pricing, and went the extra mile to make sure the repair was done right. The turnaround time was impressive, and the quality of the work gave me full confidence in my vehicle again.Overall, I find Bowman Industrial Park a practical, dependable, and business-friendly environment.”
“Liz at Towers Self Storage is phenomenal! Her exceptional customer service skills made renting a unit seamless—she’s friendly, attentive, and patiently answered all my questions with clarity. Highly recommend Towers Self Storage for its cleanliness, affordability, and Liz’s outstanding service!”
“We used EasyStor for the first time in January and had a wonderful experience!
We called expecting an answering machine but were pleasantly surprised that a person actually picked up the phone.
Pierre the driver of the unit, was very friendly and dropped the unit off perfectly.
He came and picked up the unit on short notice and stored it in the EasyStor compound.
When the time came to deliver the unit to our new house, we were on a slope and the driver even leveled the unit with a support anchor.
We were very impressed with their customer service and will definitely use EasyStor again and recommend them to our family and friends.

“Excellent customer service. We booked a storage locker here while we sold our house and bought another. We got a swipe card to come and go as we needed. Painless and convenient. I highly recommend this business.”
“I needed Lucia's assistance a few times recently regarding my father's storage unit and I deeply appreciated her understanding, helpfulness and patience in helping me resolve the issue.”
“Had a storage locker there for about 5 years. Customer Service was great and they are tied in with a major moving company that emptied my locker and moved the contents to my new residence with no damages, scratches, etc. Would use them again if I needed a storage again. A few of my friends have used them too with similar opinions.”
“We've now worked with Lyle at Premiere/Globe for three moves - two from Ontario and one within Winnipeg. Each time they've been careful, professional, and have come in at or under the quoted price. They will be our first choice if we end up moving again in the future.”

“I had a really great experience at Access Storage on Higgins in Winnipeg, and I especially want to recognize Vrinda for her amazing customer service.
I was running a little bit late while getting my things out of the storage unit, and Vrinda was very understanding and kind enough to give me some extra time to finish up\. I really appreciated her flexibility and understanding, as it made the whole situation much less stressful\.
Vrinda was very friendly, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out\. She deserves to be recognized for the great service she provides\. Thank you so much, Vrinda\! I really appreciate it\.”
