“My SUV had an issue. Took it to the shop where I bought it. They said drive it till it drops. Then I took it to a Ford dealership as it is a Ford. They could not figure it out. So I then decided to take it to my former mechanic. Told him what was happening, his employee was listening and it took Mike very little time to figure out what was wrong. “I came to River Park Automotive to diagnose issues related to some noise coming from my suspension. I got an appointment at my convenient date. They performed a thorough inspection of the suspension, steering components, transmission, engine mounts, and wheel assembly and provided me genuine advice related to the issue. They recommended not to change any parts as the issue was at a very starting level and spending unnecessary money is not worth it at this point. They provided excellent, trustworthy and reliable service to me. The people at the desk were really friendly and provided me genuine advice and also the highly skilled and trained technician were super friendly and knowledgeable who gave me excellent advice on the current status of my vehicle. Only after the inspection they recommended wheel alignment which was also due as I could feel it. I also asked for transmission fluid and engine oil change which was due. Overall, the price for all these services was really affordable and I spent less money than I anticipated courtesy due to their service and expertise. I would recommend them for solving any issues in your vehicle. Top level and excellent service from them. My future go to place from now on.”

“??I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. They got me in two days before Christmas. They gave me the worst case scenario that could happen during the repair so that I was aware of the potential cost.
My repair was a power steering leak and even I was concerned I could end up having to get a new rack.
The repair went smooth so there was no worst case scenario.
The final price was fair.
They showed me the work they had done and I was impressed at how clean and oil free it was.
I am a Millwright by trade, so my standards are different than some.
However I am selling this as a great success story and I will be going back and telling others to try this shop!
