Any chance we could get the Cliffnotes version? lol) My only complaint is that if there's a person holding up the line by asking many questions, the other staff won't open the second register until there are almost a dozen people in line, then they help the next person in line and then close the register. If they would open the second register when it becomes apparent there is a difficult customer standing at the till, it would save time and headaches for everyone”
