Maria- the assistant at Charleswood was perfect,, identified herself, listened carefully, set a plan, including a plan B just in case, (including continued care) with timelines to manage my expectations. I can really feel the service offering at this pharmacy, and, this person was an absolute A+ in my books.... that is what I want from a pharmacy. I want to be able to call and explain what I need, and have staff happily and readily get it done. This isn’t the first time but the 10th time they have been able to solve issues with prescriptions because with long wait times to see a doctor, good pharmacies are a must!”

Today in particular, am feeling exceptionally grateful for him because he caught a medicine that should not have been prescribed to my daughter and went through hoops to get it resolved and filled for her so she could start it as soon as possible. Yay for the this team who makes these change switch changing times...medication is the most important thing, essential for daily living.
