“I used to go to a couple different Shopper's franchises to collect my points. Prescriptions would get misplaced, and it would take days to be ready. My doctor recommended Myron at My Care and I couldn't be happier. Myron is friendly, his staff are even friendlier. You get greeted when you come in and they always take time to ask if you have questions etc. It's how pharmacists are supposed to operate, and did before most of the stores became corporate chains. “When I used to live close to this pharmacy, I love shopping only from this one. I love de relationship with community and I'd rather have this pharmacy fill my prescription than a blood-sucking Corporation. I live far from it now but I still feel it at this one the best thing about this pharmacy is that they have free delivery. Imagine if you are too sick to pick up your meds and they deliver it to your door for free. I would never switch to a different pharmacy. this is the best one. Maria- the assistant at Charleswood was perfect,, identified herself, listened carefully, set a plan, including a plan B just in case, (including continued care) with timelines to manage my expectations. I can really feel the service offering at this pharmacy, and, this person was an absolute A+ in my books.... that is what I want from a pharmacy. I want to be able to call and explain what I need, and have staff happily and readily get it done. This isn’t the first time but the 10th time they have been able to solve issues with prescriptions because with long wait times to see a doctor, good pharmacies are a must!”

A had special request, it was looked after without question and handled in a positive, professional manner. I used to have my prescriptions at another pharmacy. I was more than happy to have had them transferred over here. The previous pharmacy failed to transfer all my prescriptions over. Thank goodness the pharmacist reviewed them with me and contacted the previous RX and had the missing scripts transferred.”

“Pharmacist Chris went above and beyond to help my wife and I when my wife had just come home from a ruptured appendix and was in a lot of pain. Even though I called right at closing, I explained the situation and Chris was willing to stay late to fill the prescription! There was a shortage of Tylenol-3's so thankfully Chris had some and she was able to fill it within the hour. I've never received this kind of service from a pharmacy before and Prairie Health Apothecary will be my go-to from now on! Thanks so much Chris!”

“Honestly, I love them here so much. They take their time to answer any questions, both the pharmacist and the techs are extremely knowledgeable and patient with everyone. They've stopped me from taking medications that weren't necessary simply by asking questions and they then take the initiative to CALL my doctor to CONFIRM that was what was supposed to be done when I had an incompetent previous doctor.
