“Lots of delicious food from Europe! Big choice of food from Ukraine, Russia, Latvia ets. Smoked fish, meats, grains, tea, cookies, candies, canned goods and lots of other grocery. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Some stuff for making barbeque kind of "shashlik" is sold there. We regularly coming to Kolos and each time it is very positive experience!”
“Finally after searching for a year or two, was able to find some pork sausages at this store, that used to be available everywhere, but became so scarce, I couldn’t find them anywhere. Every supplier is supplying meatier, darker looking, tougher more dense sausages, and the light fattier sausages disappeared! Label on these is Olympic pure pork sausages. Love em, fatty, juicy, great pork flavour!! This is one of the best grocery stores in southern manitoba, as it offers so many options, and will bring in local foods like fresh strawberries from the farms around Winkler.”
“I go out of my way to shop here. Its cool, clean, wide aisles. The disadvantage is they keep relocating stock, so if you're in a hurry that's frustrating, and stock is sometimes rather depleted. Limiting sale items to 1 is annoying, but overall my favorite place to shop for groceries.”
