Alt Hotel Winnipeg offers clean, modern, and nicely appointed rooms with a spartan but comfortable style. It is praised for its spectacular customer service and amazing, dedicated staff who provide thoughtful gestures and outstanding hospitality. The location is super close to places guests want to go, with attached parking and a nearby store. Amenities include snacks and drinks available 24/7 in the lobby, along with ice machines and microwaves on different floors. Each room has a Chromecast for easy streaming. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable, leading to back pain, and noted occasional issues with room lighting, very small TVs, and unfulfilled requests for extra bathroom items. Despite these points, many would stay again.

Tasha and the entire team at alt were wonderful. Room was clean and bright. Gym was larger than expected. Comfortable bed with great pillows and sweet chair near the window. Looking forward to coming back
