She was incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with, and always kept me updated with the availability of suites. She took me to view various layouts, even when no suites were yet available, so I was really able to get a sense of the type of suite I was looking for. I really appreciated Shirlyn's communication at every step of the way and how she walked me through the entire viewing and application process. When a suite came available for me, I could really tell that Shirlyn was genuinely happy and excited for me. I also had experience with Tien, who took me for a second viewing of my suite. Tien was so friendly and informative and I could tell she was really excited for me too! I really appreciated the great help and kindness I received from Shirlyn and Tien. “Great neighbourhood, close to grocery store, coffee shops, schools, a variety of amazing delicious restaurants and dessert places! A very popular place to go! No need a car in this area and there’s a great bike path all the way to the Assiniboine Park/Zoo. Bus stops are near. Walking distance to the University of Winnipeg and downtown area. A bus ride express to the University of Manitoba. The building is well maintained, shared areas such as gym, library/solarium, pool, sauna and wood shop are cleaned daily. Quiet, nice and friendly people.”

“Everytime I've been there, the building is always clean.. There's always someone cleaning the waiting area floors when I've been there. Staff and security have been helpful to me. I focus on the professionalism and expertise of medical staff which is outstanding. Love the Cafe and shops that are accessible to the public.”
