Pembina Place offers excellent service and a great location, especially for kids. The management is very good, with responsive and accommodating staff. The maintenance personnel are helpful, kind, and provide great customer service. The building is a little outdated, but management is attentive to issues and completes repairs promptly. While rent increases can occur and balconies are not available, the overall experience is highly recommended, particularly for new immigrants.

Excellent service and location. Especially for the kids this apartment is the best. Also, management is great with very good staff members including maintenance person James is doing excellent jib. He is really very helpful, kind and nice with great customer service.
