They are a one-stop shop for live crickets, perfect sized night crawlers, and a great selection of frozen rats for reptiles. The store is always clean and well-stocked.
The staff are always super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They are always nice and happy to help, going out of their way for customers. The store is known for carrying specialty items like SKOKI dog food and Natural Balance limited ingredient cat food, which are always in stock and well-priced. A very friendly resident cat named Milton greets customers at the door and brightens their day. The store is highly recommended and appreciated by its customers.

Knowledgeable and welcoming place to go for pet products and select a new family member from their selection of cared for pets and fish. Enclosures are well maintained and pets cared for. New pet products are recognized as quality and customer recommended.

I love going to this location to visit Milton and the girls. New staff are incredible and professional. Bought a hamster 3 months ago and have called twice to ask questions about care for it. Met with nothing but extremely helpful advice and knowledge. Thanks.
