“Can be a little busy to get into with Costco right next door but if you schedule that in mind and take the alternate route in you will be fine.Has a surprisingly good selection of animals on hand. Regularly see a couple kittens, ferrets, lots of smaller sized birds, a couple ball pythons, a pacman frog or two and usually one tortoise/turtle. Of course tons of fish. Pretty impressive selection for a Pentland!”

Jeff presented the information in a way that was simple to understand in a way that wasn’t overwhelming. Every question I asked was answered in a way that left me feeling more confident in feeding my cat the raw diet. I left with food and supplements for my cat and spent way less money than I originally anticipated. I went out of my way to check out this shop because I wasn’t satisfied with the information given to me from other pet food stores and I’m glad I did. If you have any questions, concerns or just need more information about diets for cats and dogs I HIGHLY recommend going in or calling this shop. Jeff and Avril helped me out tremendously and have a “furever” customer out of me. I will be recommending this shop to all my pet owning pals. If I could give them more stars I would. Just go and check this place out, you won’t regret it!”

“I have been in the store twice this week worried about my daughter's boarded dragon. She wasn't eating. Becky was the associate who helped me tge first visit, and I can't thank her enough! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This evening, I went in again to get the horn worms she suggested and she was SO RIGHT! This little girl was smacking her lips! Taller girl with long hair helped me tonight, she was pretty good as well. Thank you ladies!”
